Having worked in education for many years I am deeply committed to supporting individuals on their journey of self-improvement and enlightenment.  

Having gained extensive knowledge of the complex issues arising within mental health today I decided to retrain so that I could further support in this field.  

My aim is to empower the individual through therapy and counselling and support in developing the tools and strategies needed to achieve their personal goals.  

I endeavour to work with integrity, honesty, equality, fairness, empathy and respect.
