I am trained in CBT, person centred and psychodynamic counselling techniques as well as hypnotherapy.
As a former teacher I

As a former teacher I also specialise in working with children and young people, supporting successfully with a range of conditions including school anxiety, exam stress, confidence, self-esteem and emotional issues as well as common fears and worries.
